If Lens shows Setup needs attention, your Lens Trust access is active, but Content Credentials device setup on this iPhone has not finished yet. You do not need a new offer code.
Start here
- If you see Enrollment Paused, wait about five minutes.
- Return to Lens and tap Continue setup.
- Keep Lens open while setup finishes.
If Lens shows Recover Signing Key
Use Recover Signing Key only when Lens shows that exact message. Your current signing key cannot finish setup again. Lens asks for confirmation before it creates a new signing key for this iPhone.
Photos and videos that you signed before this change are not affected. Their Content Credentials remain with those files.
Do not use this action for a network, time, or other setup message. For those issues, follow the message in Lens or contact support.
If setup still does not finish
- Tap Open Content Credentials settings from the setup screen.
- Make sure Content Credentials is turned on.
- Choose Enroll Device, then follow the steps on screen.
Your offer code has already been applied. Do not enter it again or make another purchase to retry device setup.
Still need help?
If setup remains paused after you wait and retry, contact Lens Support. Include a screenshot of the setup message, your iPhone model, and your iOS version. Do not include your offer code.
About this setup
